Memorial and Tribute Donations

Flowers are a nice tribute, but their life span is so fleeting that in a few days they wind up in a refuse bin.  The financial aid to rehabilitate a child with a disability represents a living memorial that will never wither and die.

Honor the deceased and brighten the future of a disabled child, all in the same process.

Honorary Donations

Surprise your loved ones with a special letter informing them of the donation made in honor of their birthday, anniversary or special occasion. 

52 Club

Donate $52 and receive a letter, silver lapel pin and a certificate signed by the Association President and the Exalted Ruler of your Lodge.  You may donate as many times as you would like and receive multiple certificates and pins.

Century Club

Donate $100 and receive a letter, gold lapel pin and an upgraded certificate signed by the Association President and the Exalted Ruler of your Lodge.  See your name published in “The California-Hawaii Elk” Magazine. You may donate as many times as you would like and receive multiple certificates and pins.

Millennium Club

Donate $1,000 (or reach an accumulation of $1,000 excluding BLT donations and label/holiday card program donations) and receive a special Millennium Club gold lapel pin and a special Millennium Club certificate signed by the Association President and the Exalted Ruler of your Lodge.  You may donate as many times as you would like and receive multiple certificates and pins.

Your tax deductible donations count toward your Millennium Club total and are credited to your Lodge’s Piggy Bank account.  Preprinted envelopes are available – just fill out, slip in your check or pay by credit card and mail to CHEMPI, 5450 E. Lamona Avenue, Fresno, CA 93727-2224. You may also fax to 559-456-2659.
